§1 LICENSE TYPES & USAGE RIGHTS

By purchasing a license, you obtain a time-limited, non-exclusive right of use – not ownership. No sublicensing or redistribution.
All leasing licenses are valid for 10 years.

Notes:

  • All leasing licenses include the producer tag.
  • YouTube monetization only allowed with prior whitelisting.
  • Content ID systems may be active.
  • By purchasing, you automatically accept these terms.

§2 COPYRIGHT & RESTRICTIONS

  • All copyrights remain with Condo Music.
  • You obtain a usage license, not ownership.
  • Resale, repackaging, or platform redistribution is prohibited.

§3 PRODUCER TAG & CREDITS

  • The producer tag remains on all leased beats.
  • Removal is only allowed with an Exclusive license and written permission.
  • All official releases must include the credit: “Produced by Condo Music”

§4 YOUTUBE, CONTENT ID & MONETIZATION

  • 1 monetized music video is allowed per license (Basic, Standard, Pro) – with prior whitelisting.
  • Unauthorized uploads may be claimed via Content ID.
  • In such cases, all revenue goes to Condo Music.
  • Additional videos require a new license or upgrade.

§5 PROHIBITED USE

  • Use in NFTs or blockchain-based projects
  • Sale as loops, samples, or packs
  • Merch use without written consent
  • Use in political or discriminatory content

§6 EXCLUSIVE LICENSE – TERMS

  • Lifetime license (non-transferable)
  • Full commercial rights included
  • Publishing split standard:
    • Beat only: 50/50
    • With hook: 25% producer
    • With topline/vocals: 10% producer
  • Tag may be removed with agreement
  • Content ID must be discussed before release
  • Full terms are negotiated individually

§7 BACKUPS & STUDIO POLICIES

  • Condo Music is not responsible for file loss – artists are responsible for backups.
  • Studio packages include up to 3 revisions.
  • Third-party material only allowed with legal clearance.
  • Studio overtime: €100/hour

§8 SYNC LICENSING & PLACEMENTS

  • Leasing licenses do not include sync rights (TV, film, games, ads, series, apps).
  • All placements require written approval from Condo Music.
  • Unauthorized sync use will result in content claims, revenue seizure, and legal action.
  • Condo Music must be informed if any sync deal is offered externally.
  • Artist has no automatic right to sync revenue – every case is negotiated individually.

§9 BREACH & CONSEQUENCES

  • Immediate license termination
  • Retroactive monetization block
  • Content claims on all platforms
  • Potential legal action and damages

§10 REVENUE SHARE & PUBLISHING

Revenue share on commercial success:

From 100,000 streams or similar success (charts, syncs, awards, viral growth), the buyer agrees to pay Condo Music 10% of all net revenue generated through the licensed track or derived work.

This includes:

  • Streaming revenue
  • Sales (physical or digital)
  • Monetized live performances
  • Related merch sales
  • Sync licensing, advertisements, etc.

Transparency & accountability:

The buyer agrees to disclose all relevant earnings (via distributor, label, publisher).
Condo Music reserves the right to request access to earnings statements.

Publishing split on official release:

  • Producer (Condo Music): 50%
  • Artist (buyer): 50% (if involved in writing)

If no creative input by artist (e.g., ghost production), the split may be redefined by agreement.

§11 JURISDICTION & GOVERNING LAW

All disputes related to these terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Jurisdiction is Munich, Germany – regardless of the buyer’s location.

§12 LANGUAGE & INTERPRETATION

These terms exist in German and English. In case of conflict or ambiguity, the German version shall prevail.

§13 PAYMENT ISSUES & CHARGEBACKS

By purchasing, you waive any return or refund rights – this is digital licensing content.
In case of chargebacks, fraud, or payment disputes, the license is revoked immediately and legal steps may be taken.
Use of the beat is terminated retroactively in such cases.

CLOSING

By purchasing a beat from Condo Music, you agree to these terms.
Ignorance is no excuse. Silence is not protection.
If you want rights – carry the responsibility.
